Delete your Novelu account

You can have your account and everything our server keeps about you deleted at any time.

In the app

1. Open Novelu on your iPhone, Mac or Android device.
2. Go to Settings › Account › Delete account.
3. Choose whether everything on that device is erased too.

Without the app

Email support@novelu.eu from your account's email address, with the subject "Delete account". We delete your account within 30 days and let you know when it's done.

What is deleted

• your account (email address and sign-in details);
• your encrypted backup and sync: the data, the devices and the keys;
• your feedback, your AI use and your subscription details at RevenueCat;
• your usage statistics at PostHog.

What is not deleted

• What is on your devices stays there until you delete it in the app or remove the app.
• You cancel a running subscription yourself in the App Store or Google Play: deleting doesn't stop it.
• Notes you shared with feedback are erased after 90 days.
